ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in October 1989, and for more than three decades, Ive built a trusted presence in the community with a small but dedicated team of three. Insurance has always been part of my story my dad was also a State Farm agent, and his example inspired me to follow in his footsteps. After earning my degree in elementary education, I worked in his office and eventually decided to open one of my own.

Today, that same dedication and passion guide everything we do. Our culture is close-knit, supportive, and focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating an environment where team members can truly thrive.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janice Peterson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
