General Statement
Under general supervision performs the more difficult or responsible tasks in gathering samples of water from streams, waterways, and industrial waste discharges for use in laboratory analysis and performs related duties as required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Graduation from a standard senior high school or the equivalent and one year of experience as a water sampler, laboratory assistant, or laboratory technician. Possession of a valid driver's license.
