The role of the Video Member Service Representative is to perform a wide range of duties to serve members via a remote video platform. This could be through a kiosk in a branch, a mobile application, or through a home computer. Acting as a one-stop information source, the Video Member Service Representatives primary focus is to take all loan applications and process and close them independently and accurately. They may open new accounts and cross-sell all products and services. The Video Member Service Representative is responsible for keeping accurate records of all interactions as outlined in policies / procedures.

A Day in the Life of a Video Member Service Representative INCLUDES :

• Assist members by evaluating their needs and recommending loan options.
• Take and enter loan applications while working via video channels with a member.
• Close and disburse all consumer loan types.
• Promote and cross-sell Pelican State CU products and services to members to fit their financial needs.
• Consistently meet any required sales goals as established by management.
• Actively work individual queues to ensure follow-up with members is completed in a timely manner.

Video Member Service Representative skills and qualifications include :

Must have a strong background in a sales environment.

Monday Friday

8 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm

Travel is rarely necessary for this position.

All work will be performed at our beautiful Corporate Campus located at 2675 ONeal Lane in Baton Rouge, LA.
