Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is Texas's number one custom structure builder. We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our amazing team. The Receptionist is a very important role for Ulrich as it is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as the face of the company, maintaining an organized and presentable office environment, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities for Receptionist

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner, ensuring customers are connected to the appropriate person or department
• Order, maintain, and restock office supplies, including snacks, beverages, and cleaning items
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; ensure outgoing mail is properly handled
• Maintain reception area, front office, and all common areas (including breakroom) in a clean, organized, and presentable manner at all times
• Setup welcome TV's and beverages, etc for our highest ticket clients.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing
• Coordinate maintenance or service needs for office equipment and facilities as needed
• Uphold company standards by providing over-the-top customer service and ensuring a professional atmosphere for all guests and employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
