LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Walnut Creek, California.

CASE MANAGER

Will work EOW or a set rotation... the set rotation is working EVERY Tues-Sat

Shift : 8 hour days (0800-1630) - 40 hours per week

Duration : 13 weeks

REQUIRED : Active CA license Must have 2+ years experience in an acute care hospital

PREFERRED : previous travel and EPIC exp
