Job descriptionThis is the Integrated Website Services Team (25-30 people) will provide CSR support to client and field members providing login, account, password, and general registration support, etc. Possibility for this to transition to perm in the future. Call center role helping direct consumers register on the website, create passwords etc. as well as helping clients / consumers navigate the website. Will manage general tickets and incoming calls-not real high volume average of 30 calls per day and each call could run 10 minutes to over an hour, depending on the technical skills of the caller. All phone and support responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidential and personal information. Looking to interview as soon as possible.
Candidates
- Wants hybrid for training 8 am to 4 : 30
- Prefers hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote) but open to 100% remote-although
- People with call center phone technical support or troubleshooting background would be a good match -but not necessarily needed if they have a good CSR background and are tech savvy.
- They use Zendesk & Slack
- Must be a highly organized person with strong attention to detail.
- No job hoppers
