Job descriptionTroubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex heating and cooling systems for medium to large commercial properties Diagnosing equipment failures and using the appropriate tools to test parts and components Disassembling and reassembling parts as needed, making repairs to restore systems to full function Motivated individuals with experience as a Service Technician specializing in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems and associated controls EPA Universal certification (required) Journeyman's license (preferred but not required) Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations

Location : Newport News, VA
Pay Range : $35-$42 / HR DOE
