Production Supervisor – All Shifts

Job Description

A leading high-speed defense manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations, lead a team of production employees, and ensure consistent achievement of safety, quality, and productivity goals. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment offering excellent advancement potential and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise, coach, and develop a production team of 25–50 employees across assigned shifts.

Provide daily leadership to achieve production, safety, and quality targets.

Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and payroll accuracy.

Act as the first point of contact for machine or process issues; assist with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance coordination.

Promote continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications :

Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.

Proven success managing a team of 20 or more employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience in packaging or high-speed manufacturing preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.

Bilingual (Spanish / English) communication skills are an asset.

Must hold VantageClear Certification (or equivalent security credential)
