Mercury and Yamaha Certified Technician

We're seeking an experienced

• Mercury and Yamaha Certified Technician
• to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of marine engines and systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about working on the water.
• Responsibilities :
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercury and Yamaha outboard engines
• Conduct routine service inspections and identify mechanical / electrical issues
• Troubleshoot and repair fuel systems, steering, and electrical components
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
• Follow manufacturer protocols and stay current on product updates and certifications
• Assist in rigging new boats when needed
• Requirements :
• Mercury and Yamaha factory certifications (current or in progress)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with marine engine repair
• Strong understanding of outboard systems, electrical systems, and fuel systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Preferred :
• Additional certifications in NMEA, ABYC, or other marine systems
• Experience with diagnostic software (e.g., G3, YDS)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
