IT Governance Risk Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily GRC operations, policy development, and audit readiness

Evaluate IT control effectiveness and track control findings, risks, and remediation plans

Coordinate with internal / external auditors and assist in developing remediation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or Information Security

Strong understanding of control frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and COBIT

Experience with control assessments and audit coordination, preferably using ServiceNow IRM

Familiarity with SAFe Agile or similar iterative delivery frameworks is a plus
