Job descriptionUp to a $2,000 sign on bonus based on hours worked each week. Flexible schedules and breaks designed by you! All supplies provided; just come in, grab a room and massage! Professional, supportive, safe and caring environment; positive culture! Monthly contests. Quarterly performance-based bonuses program. MTs can earn up to $6,000 more per year with quarterly bonuses. Hydraulic tables and all supplies provided. Health, dental, life insurance and other supplemental benefits offered to those working 30 hours per week or more after 30 days of continued service. Paid time off 401K Free, ongoing hands-on training. Continuing education reimbursement of $200 per year. Perform customized massages and spa enhancements to help clients. About Our Spa :
We are an upscale, member-based spa looking for both part-time and full-time massage therapists who are friendly, talented, and dependable and want to work in a professional and busy environment. Our clients come in to receive high quality, professional massages for both relaxation or pain relief. We match clients to therapists based on client needs and have a no seniority policy. Hand & Stone was founded by a physical therapist and we take great care of our therapists! Pay based on commission for services, upgrades and tips. Our therapists earn an average of $40,000 to $75,000 per year, depending upon hours worked and services provided.

For over ten years, Hand and Stone has been offering professional Massage, Facial and Hair Removal services tailored to meet our clients' individual needs. We are open seven days a week with extended hours so clients can look and feel their best affordably and conveniently. Currently there are over 450 locations open in both the U.S. and Canada, and new locations open every month.
