How you’ll make an impact :

The Senior Manager of Podcast Content Strategy & Analysis will drive strategic analysis and insight initiatives across our podcast content portfolio. This role will oversee analytical frameworks that drive data strategy, acquisition decisions, and performance optimization while turning data into actionable insights for key stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll do :

  • Meet regularly with Content Partners providing them with data and insights pertaining to audience and revenue metrics.
  • Prepare and present decks to Content Partners that add context and narrative to the data. Highlight key business drivers, trends, and provide recommendations with measurable impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, business development, marketing, and Content Partners to implement strategic recommendations.
  • Set, track, analyze, and communicate results and impact of strategic recommendations.
  • Support the internal deal evaluation process by creating analytical frameworks for potential content investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on deal negotiation, providing historical data and business impact assessment on various deal terms.
  • Manage ad-hoc data requests and strategy recommendations from both Content Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage internal approval process on content deals driving consensus across Sales, Finance, Programming, and Marketing teams.

What you’ll need :

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in media & entertainment industry, podcast experience strongly preferred.
  • Expert understanding of digital media landscape and podcast industry trends.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication abilities with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple high-impact projects.
  • Passion for podcasting and digital audio content.
  • Minimum 7+ Years of Overall Experience.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $116,300 to $153,675 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
