Position Overview

A private family in  Weston, CT  is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Full-Time Housekeeper  to maintain their residence to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, trustworthy, and proactive, with strong experience working in private homes. This role requires excellent attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work independently while supporting the overall needs of the household.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of all areas of the home, ensuring immaculate upkeep
• Manage laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and garment care
• Maintain organization of closets, storage areas, and household spaces
• Monitor and restock household supplies; communicate needs to the family or estate manager
• Assist with occasional meal prep, light errands, or receiving packages as needed
• Work collaboratively with other household staff when required
• Ensure the home is always guest-ready
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on family needs
