Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE : INLOT).

The Role :

As a Surveillance Operator you will support the overall integrity of gaming and the protection of all guests employees and Company assets.

Responsibilities :

Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere

Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations

Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed Count Room Procedures as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property including but not limited to the entrance and exits

Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Ballys Chicago Operating Co. LLC System of Internal Controls

Report irregularities unusual and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager Director of Surveillance and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor / Agent

Monitor and safeguard company assets

Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

Must have open work availability to work nights weekends and holidays

Must have above-average math skills

Must have strong organizational and decision-making abilities

Must have excellent customer and employee relations skills

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
