Job Details

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team and manage a portfolio of small to medium customer accounts.

  • Job Description
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assess client needs regularly and align products and services to meet those needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective pipeline management.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly, and serve as a trusted point of contact.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive and Director of Sales to support broader strategies and assist in closing new prospects.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to create reports and manage administrative tasks, ensuring accurate CRM records.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally in IoT, telecom, or technology sectors.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to exceed revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
