Sheet Metal Technician / HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Technician or HVAC Installer with a strong background in sheet metal work to join our team in Norfolk, VA. You will be working on multiple new construction commercial projects in the Hampton Roads area, primarily within the multifamily sector.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and frame sheet metal components.
• Collaborate with crews of 4-5 technicians on various projects.
• Install ductwork and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Work Environment

The busiest months are from April to September, so a strong work ethic during this period is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
