DETAILS

The Ambulatory Surgery Center has 2 OR and 1 procedure room, performing 250300 procedures monthly in Orthopedics, ENT, Spine and Pain Management.

• It is majority owned by 4 surgeons but has the support of larger company that helps with billing, back-end office and educational resources.
• The company has an experienced seasoned Administrator that is there to support this role. She will teach the AAAHC regulations and relevant financial knowledge ( center just reaccredited ).
• The center receives abundant financial support from the board, providing the Nurse Administrator with the autonomy to determine suitable scheduling, staffing, and educational initiatives for successful operations.
• Exciting time, added on another ortho surgeon to help the continued growth of the ASC!
• After successful setup and effective time management, remote work is permitted one day per week to support work-life balance.
• Responsibilities : Oversee operating budget and policy procedures. Collaborate on quality imp, risk management, infection contro with the Director of Nursing. Analyzes and advises on market trends that may impact clinical and financial performance and reviews all purchases.
