The Performance Marketing Manager is a crucial part of our digital marketing team, focusing on driving measurable results through strategic CRM and performance media campaigns. This role specializes in the meticulous planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across various channels, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. The manager has a deep understanding of performance marketing principles, lifecycle management experience, data analysis, and the ability to drive significant ROI through targeted campaigns.

Job Qualifications :

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing CRM digital communications & lifecycle marketing and paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, programmatic) required.
• Experience managing cross-functional internal and external (agency) teams ideal
• Strong understanding of A / B testing methodologies and experience implementing tests to optimize campaign performance and identify best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models and their impact on campaign evaluation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, with a continuous drive for process improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Experience in the QSR, retail, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industry is a plus.
• Experience with Loyalty platforms such as Paytronix and customer engagement platforms such as Braze a plus

Location Requirement :

This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
