HAAS Machinist

Pay : $25+ HR DOE

Shift : Days

We are seeking an experienced HAAS Machinist to join the team. This role requires a strong background in operating both HAAS lathes and mills, with the ability to independently handle setups, tear downs, and adjustments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with tight tolerances, and confident in troubleshooting and editing programs.

Responsibilities :

Operate HAAS CNC lathes and mills efficiently and accurately

Perform complete machine setups and tear downs

Use touch-off probes and set tool offsets

Read, interpret, and edit G-code as needed

Verify precision of machined parts using a variety of inspection tools

Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications

Tools & Skills Required :

Proficient with mics, calipers, depth mics, ID mics, and snap gauges

Hands-on experience with HAAS controls, probing, and offsets

Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprint reading

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
