Reporting structure : Reporting to Director of Rehab

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. You will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to patient needs, find joy in varied work and settings, and collaborate with peers. You also make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Putting patients first and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care is central to your role.
