About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing and developing cutting-edge truck upfitting solutions, with a strong emphasis on mechanical systems and fuel and lube truck configurations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-performance, field-ready vehicles for demanding industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, designers, and manufacturing engineers in the development of custom truck upfitting solutions.
• Oversee the design, prototyping, and validation of mechanical systems, including fuel and lube delivery systems, hydraulic components, and structural modifications.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements, cost targets, and manufacturability standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, documentation, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and other regulatory standards relevant to commercial vehicle modifications.
• Manage engineering project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, materials, and design methodologies to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support during production and field deployment phases.
