West Newton Armory in Newton, MA, is a Dellbrook|JKS project that includes 43 residential units over four (4) floors above a new underground parking garage. The new building will connect with the existing Armory building, which will remain in place, and will be repurposed for community & office space.

The West Newton Armory project is subject to HUD Section 3 Compliance reporting.
