Each team member brings a uniquely-focused perspective to our advanced retail products and technology. We deliver high-quality, VIN-Specific new vehicle images directly to the dealer’s website for 14 different automotive brands. eVN’s VIN-Specific vehicle image service is currently available to all of General Motors, Ford & Lincoln, Stellantis, Kia, Genesis, and Hyundai dealership franchises.

Primary Responsibilities (may include but not limited to)

• Manage billing preparation, approvals, and submission for all OEM’s
• Responsible for daily cash reconciliations and addressing outstanding / missing transactions
• Prepare month end journal entries
• Prepare accruals as necessary for revenue and cost of sales
• Prepare and analyze monthly reconciliations
• Coordinates and collaborates with other departments as needed

Position Competencies

Direct Report / Supervision

Will report directly to the CFO. Must be disciplined and self-motivated to work with minimal guidance and supervision to meet corporate objectives and deadlines.
