What you´ll do
- Actively partner with all stakeholders of Operations and collaborate with cross-functional and global business partners to drive and complete financial forecasting, monthly reporting, governance, and analyses for key business partners.
- Play critical role in providing decision relevant information to and being an active member of the plant management team.
- This position is primarily based in Memphis, TN, and the ideal candidate will work onsite at our Memphis plant. However, we are also open to candidates located in Salisbury, NC, or Greenville, SC, with the expectation to travel to the Memphis facility as needed. Remote candidates may be considered based on experience and business needs.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial accounting of P&L actuals, forecasting, closing activities and ad hoc analyses.
- Reduce cost accounting variances in the plant. Identify opportunities and strategies for cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
- Prepare yearly plant budgets.

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
