Industrial Maintenance Expert

About The Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Expert, your mission will be to keep our production machinery running at optimal performance. You will be responsible for the setup, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of various machinery and mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in our high-speed, innovative facility.

Your Qualifications And Skills

• Experience with support equipment such as ovens, packing lines, and conveyors
• Proficient in plumbing, pneumatic hydraulics, and cutting techniques
• Exceptional mechanical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities and a service-focused mindset
• Additional training or certification in Power Industrial Training, PLC diagnostics, and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) advantageous
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently start and complete projects
• Clear and effective communicator with a process-driven approach
• High School Diploma required
• Industrially experienced with 2–5 years in an industrial bakery or food manufacturing
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus
• Physically fit to perform tasks involving standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and other dynamic activities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
