ABOUT THE ROLE

Highrise AI is redefining cloud infrastructure for the AI revolution. We’re building a next‑generation GPU‑as‑a‑Service platform that powers the world’s leading AI companies — from frontier model labs to fast‑scaling startups. As we scale globally, we’re looking for a trailblazing Director of Sales to lead our strategic expansion across AI, ML, and enterprise compute. This is a rare opportunity to shape the go‑to‑market playbook at one of the fastest‑growing players in GPU infrastructure — helping cutting‑edge teams accelerate their AI workloads with unmatched performance, cost efficiency, and flexibility. You’ll work directly with the executive team to craft growth strategy, close flagship accounts, and establish Highrise AI as the trusted compute backbone for the next generation of intelligent systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a scalable GTM and sales strategy across AI / ML, deep learning, and HPC verticals.

Drive adoption of Highrise’s GPU cloud among enterprise, startup, and research clients.

Build and manage long‑term relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and AI infrastructure leaders.

Identify and penetrate emerging verticals and partnership opportunities (e.g., model training, inference platforms, synthetic data, or research compute).

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers — translating technical performance and cost advantages into clear business outcomes.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, improve onboarding, and drive customer retention.

Lead proposals, RFPs, pricing, and high‑value contract negotiations.

Track KPIs, forecast pipeline, and ensure consistent execution against quarterly revenue goals.

Stay ahead of GPU market developments, chip roadmaps, and AI ecosystem trends to continuously refine positioning.

ABOUT YOU

5+ years in enterprise cloud, IaaS, or infrastructure SaaS sales — with 2+ years selling GPU, HPC, or compute‑intensive solutions.

Proven success closing complex enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV) and driving multi‑million‑dollar pipelines.

Deep understanding of AI / ML workloads, training and inference architectures, and cloud‑native environments.

Experience selling into AI‑native organizations or technical buyers (CTOs, ML leads, platform teams).

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling ability — translating technical differentiation into customer impact.

Strategic operator with a self‑starter mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, or niche GPU cloud providers is a plus.
