Job descriptionOpen to candidates with other RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS) of Acute Care experience but if the nurse has less than 2 years' experience, they need to have a strong background in critical care, ER, ICU, PCU, MICU, etc. If the candidate only has med / surg, psych, or low acuity experience, they will need several years. ideal candidate is a two year PCU nurse that's ready to grow in cardiac. If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward. If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License) BLS required ACLS required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days . Comprehensive medical coverage that covers many common services at no cost or for a low copay. About The Position
Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner

- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
