  • Active Illinois RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend\n
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Effingham, IL\n
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications preferred\n

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Room\n
  • Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize emergency care\n
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered\n
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Accurately document all patient care activities\n
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions\n
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment according to hospital policies\n
