Job descriptionTake and record patient vitals including height, weight, and temperature Administer immunizations and assist with injections Perform basic lab tests such as strep or flu swabs as needed Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patients Accurately document patient information in EMR system Assist providers during exams and procedures Communicate with parents and caregivers in a kind and professional manner Manage supplies and maintain inventory for exam rooms 1+ year of pediatric medical assistant experience required Current MA certification preferred Knowledge of immunizations and common pediatric procedures Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
PEDIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Snelling Staffing is seeking an experienced Pediatric Medical Assistant for a busy pediatric clinic in San Antonio, TX. This position is ideal for a dependable, patient-focused professional who enjoys working with children and supporting a compassionate healthcare team. The right candidate will have hands-on pediatric experience, strong communication skills, and a caring bedside manner.
PAY / SCHEDULE / LOCATION / BENEFITS :
- $16.00$18.00 / hr DOE
- San Antonio, TX 78209
- Available shifts between MondayFriday 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM office hours
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card
