Job descriptionBase salary : $270K-$290K with productivity incentives up to $60K annually Independent contractor option : $350K guaranteed $50K sign-on bonus CME allowance up to $3,000 / year Employer-paid malpractice coverage Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 403(b) retirement plan with up to 3% match, Roth and 457 plans available All state licensing and certification fees covered Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Open to new graduates or experienced candidates Board Certified Pain Certification preferred Will consider candidates seeking part-time roles

- 7 days on / 7 days off schedule shared among 3 CRNAs for excellent work-life balance
- Diverse surgical mix : GI, general surgery, podiatry, urology, gynecology, pediatric dental, ENT, and orthopedics
- Average 50-60 cases / month, nearly half GI procedures
- Modern ORs, adjoining endoscopy suite, and outpatient pain clinic
- Collaborative environment with subspecialty support and advanced technology
