Opportunity Highlights :

Practice in a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital facility opened in 2023
Independent, nonprofit Critical Access Hospital with over 70 years of community service
7 days on / 7 days off schedule shared among 3 CRNAs for excellent work-life balance
Diverse surgical mix : GI, general surgery, podiatry, urology, gynecology, pediatric dental, ENT, and orthopedics
Average 50-60 cases / month, nearly half GI procedures
Modern ORs, adjoining endoscopy suite, and outpatient pain clinic
Collaborative environment with subspecialty support and advanced technology

Compensation Package :

Base salary : $270K-$290K with productivity incentives up to $60K annually

Independent contractor option : $350K guaranteed

$50K sign-on bonus

CME allowance up to $3,000 / year

Employer-paid malpractice coverage

Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance

403(b) retirement plan with up to 3% match, Roth and 457 plans available

All state licensing and certification fees covered

Requirements :

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Open to new graduates or experienced candidates

Board Certified Pain Certification preferred

Will consider candidates seeking part-time roles
