Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Southlake, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales associates. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be required to track sales performance, analyze data, and report on sales metrics.

The first 2 to 2.5 months will require a flexible schedule, as we’re in the early stages of launching a new business. During this time, we’ll be focused on pre-sales, brand activations, and marketing events leading up to our official opening in December / January .

What You’ll Do :

• Customer Experience : You’ll ensure every client receives a superior experience, from the moment they walk in to the end of their session. Your role is critical in making sure our clients feel welcome, comfortable, and excited about their wellness journey.
• Educate : Share your knowledge of our wellness services, such as infrared saunas, cryotherapy, and IV drips, and guide clients to find the treatments that best fit their health goals.
• Lead and Coach : Build and mentor a high-performing team of Wellness Associates. Your leadership will inspire them to provide outstanding service and maintain the positive energy that Degree Wellness is known for.
• Sales & Financial Responsibility : You’ll manage the studio’s sales efforts, focusing on membership retention and growth, and have full P&L responsibility for your location.
• Operations : Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including staffing, sales, customer service, marketing initiatives, and equipment maintenance. You’ll also manage partnerships and coordinate private wellness events.
