LPN- Outpatient - Centre

  • Salary Range : $25.97 - $31.17 / hour for Licensed Practical Nurse, based on relevant years of experience.
  • Location : Fort Collins, Colorado
  • Status : Full-time or PRN
  • Hours : Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts

What You’ll Do :

  • Medical support under the supervision of providers, including vital sign checks.
  • Medication administration.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional client care.

    • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

    Required :

  • Licensed Practical Nurse required
  • Proficiency with medical terminology.
  • Proficiency with data entry, transcription, and dictation.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.

    • Preferred :

  • Bilingual / bi-cultural preferred.

    • Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.
