Responsibilities
Develop and Deliver Training Programs : Create comprehensive training curriculum for specified equipment, ensuring coverage of theoretical knowledge and practical application; conduct engaging and informative training sessions for field service technicians.Hands-On Training : Provide hands-on training to technicians on the proper usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electrical equipment.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate relevant changes into training programs; collect feedback from field service teams to continuously improve and enhance training curriculum and methods.Documentation : Develop training materials, including e-learning, job aids, videos, participant guides, and coordinate with instructional design teams; maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, evaluations of curriculum, and performance assessments.Collaboration : Work with operations and safety / quality teams to understand specific training needs and customize curriculum accordingly.Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience as a field substation services coach with a passion for teaching or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with all technical aspects and levels of technician / mechanical and tester roles proficiency, along with supervisor role proficiency.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Ability to travel to Voltyx Academy in Nashville, TN to serve as facilitator / instructor.Microsoft Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Preferred
