Key Responsibilities :
- Provide surgical care to trauma and critically ill patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- Participate in trauma call coverage and manage acute surgical emergencies.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, trauma registry reviews, and protocol development.
- Engage in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Participate in clinical research and academic activities, as appropriate.
