About the Role

Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a geriatric home care role. This is a locum tenensopportunity to provide high-quality care in patient's homes and SNFs throughout the San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster areas.

Location : San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster areas

Setting : Patient's homes and skilled nursing facilities

Scope : Primary Care and geriatrics

Duration : 3 month contract with extension likely

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Qualifications

• Board Certified FNP, AGNP, AGACNP
• CA state license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in PC and / or geriatrics. High preference for previous home health travel experience
