About the Role

Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a geriatric home care role. This is a locum tenensopportunity to provide high-quality care in patient's homes and SNFs throughout the San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster areas.

Location: San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster areas
Setting: Patient's homes and skilled nursing facilities
Scope: Primary Care and geriatrics
Duration: 3 month contract with extension likely
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Qualifications

• Board Certified FNP, AGNP, AGACNP
• CA state license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in PC and/or geriatrics. High preference for previous home health travel experience
