The Practice Association Analyst is a vital member of the Practice Association (PA) team responsible for supporting our large clinical workforce through maintaining quality clinical data supporting regulatory compliances and improving the processes across the practice association. This is not an IT data analyst position and does not require dashboard creation SQL Tableau or other business intelligence tools.

The Analyst plays a key part in promoting operational excellence by managing systems processes and quality data that support both clinicians and leadership.

What we need from you :
23 years of relevant experience in project management administration or healthcare operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software (e.g. Kronos eZCall) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
Excellent attention to detail the ability to meet strict deadlines and a knack for identifying and addressing process gaps.
Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a high-functioning team environment.
The pay range for this position is $48630.40 minimum to $75088.00 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to board certifications and years and level of related experience.
