What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Oversee and analyze business opportunities in line with the organization’s long-range strategic plansLead negotiations for new contracts and ensure compliance with existing contractsIdentify and prioritize opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost salesMonitor sales team metrics, including sales volume, product mix, and pricing trendsDevelop and execute one-year and three-year business plans to ensure growth and profitabilityWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the healthcare or medical supplies industryStrong negotiation skills and experience managing contractsAbility to lead and manage multiple teams and departmentsExperience in strategic and operational planning with budgetary responsibilityExcellent communication and presentation skills, particularly to senior-level managementHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
