What We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Sales Consultant at Carter Subaru in our Shoreline location.

Do you have Customer Service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are looking for individuals who have previous sales experience, preferably automotive in the automotive industry. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career. We care about our employees and offer a vibrant work environment full of growth and longevity.

Pay

• Sales Consultants are paid on a

full commission + bonus pay plan with a guarantee of at least 1.5 times minimum wage for all hours worked. New sales consultants can expect to earn a minimum of $60,000 while experienced sales consultants can earn well over $150,000 . If you're not sure you're ready for full commission-only sales, apply anyways - we'd love to walk you through the role and training process!
