Job Description

Responsible for on-site coordination of all trades and employees throughout the duration of construction

Must drive projects with and maintain formal project schedule, and manage subcontractors to meet project schedules

Completes timely and detailed reporting of daily jobsite activities through daily log software

Implements and enforces company safety plan and policies in accordance with all government and company regulations

Must schedule and coordinate all subcontractors and material deliveries

Must maintain a clean and orderly jobsite

Must complete proper safety reporting and documentation for any noncompliance or accidents occurred onsite utilizing company safety forms, and document the events through daily log software

Use purchase order requests for materials when required

Must continually review all shop drawings for contract and construction document conformance

Must maintain up to date jobsite "As-Built / Record" drawings
