Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and management of the company's acquisition pipeline

Support all phases of the M&A process, including valuation and negotiation

Conduct strategic market and financial analyses to inform growth priorities

Required Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development

Proven experience managing multiple live M&A processes

Strong understanding of corporate finance and transaction execution

Experience with private equity-backed companies preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
