Salary : $120,000-$140,000

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our growing Sales Technology Team at Wedgewood Weddings. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong technical skillset, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of scalable Salesforce development. You’ll collaborate with admins, operations leaders, and cross-functional partners to architect and deliver high-impact enhancements across our entire Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable),Lightning Web Components (LWC),Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Architect scalable solutions that align with best practices for governor limits, data modeling, and maintainability.
- Build and enhance flows (record-triggered, screen flows, subflows) with a strong emphasis on performance, modularity, and reusability.
- Create and maintain integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and platform events.
Platform Enhancements & Cross-Cloud Expertise
Customize and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.Support and develop features for Service Cloud Voice (Amazon Connect / AWS), including call flows, contact lens data, troubleshooting, and custom UI components.Assist with enhancements to website integrations, customer portals, and custom web experiences (HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus).Collaboration & Project Execution
Partner closely with Salesforce Admins to evaluate business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, recommend and build scalable solutions.Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release management cycles.Document solutions thoroughly and contribute to internal development standards and best practices.Support & Continuous Improvement
Troubleshoot production issues, investigate performance concerns, and resolve bugs in a timely manner.Continuously research and communicate new Salesforce features, platform updates, and emerging technologies to enhance our roadmap.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent real-world experience.3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience required.Strong proficiency in :Apex(complex logic, integrations, asynchronous jobs)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)and AuraSalesforce Flow advanced designSOQL / SOSL, custom metadata, custom settingsHTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience with Service Cloud Voice + AWS Connect preferred (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn telephony integrations).Experience with integration development (REST APIs, Named Credentials, External Services) including Mulesoft.Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and MC Connect is a plus.Website development or CMS experience is a significant plus (not required but a major benefit).Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II strongly preferred.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to architect technical solutions from abstract business needs.Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A collaborative spirit with a hospitality-forward approach to supporting our internal teams.Enough about you; this is what you need to know about us : We're a family-owned business that's been revolutionizing the wedding industry since 1986. The important extras :
As is typical in the hospitality industry, this position requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.
