Responsibilities

The Health and Financial Solutions Team is seeking Sr Business Systems Analyst a to join our Agile team to maintain and enhance the Medicare Durable Medical Equipment (DME) system. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Business Analysts with knowledge of Medicare claims processing, who thrive in a rigorous development environment, enjoy analyzing and solving complex problems, and want to make a real impact on healthcare systems serving millions of Americans.

What You'll Do :

As a Sr Business Systems Analyst on our Agile development team, you will :

Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify system and process improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and the technical development team.
• Create and maintain documentation (user stories, use cases, process flows).
• Support testing to validate that new features meet requirements.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders.
• Participate as a persistent member of a cross-functional Agile / Scrum team.
• Contribute to design activities, documentation updates and process improvements.
• Develop time / resource estimates to help drive project delivery.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the team while ensuring due dates are consistently met.

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
