Job Summary

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered experiences? We\'re looking for a UI / UX Designer to lead the design of high-impact internal systems that power our business — starting with a brand-new CRM and Service Portal implementation.

This is a permanent opportunity to own design initiatives across our enterprise platforms. You\'ll start by ensuring that publishers, advertisers, and internal teams have seamless workflows and engaging digital touchpoints. Post-launch, you\'ll take the lead on improving the user experience of our custom Back Office ERP system — a critical platform for managing business operations and data.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets for CRM, Service Portal, and ERP platforms
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system and cross-platform style guide
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs
• Continuously refine and enhance system interfaces to drive adoption and efficiency
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into clear, actionable design solutions
