Our client is a leading global iconic consumer products company experiencing strong, consistent growth is seeking a General Manager – Target Team to lead one of their most important retail partnerships. This high-visibility role is based in Minneapolis, MN, and will be focused on driving growth and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead the Target business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to drive sales and distribution.
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
- Create and execute Joint Business Plans aligning company and retailer strategies.
- Drive fact-based selling, analytics, and e-commerce growth.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless execution and expand into new categories.
Ideal Candidate will have :
Bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred and 10+ years in sales / account management, ideally in CPG with 5+ years Target leadership experience.Proven success managing large-scale P&LHands-on leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring teams.Hunter mentality with a strong growth focus, paired with exceptional analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.Based in Minneapolis, MN or open to relocation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
