Maintenance Manager – Heavy Industrial
Join our team as a Maintenance Manager leading operations in a high-volume recycling facility. You'll oversee maintenance for shredders, balers, conveyors, shears, and mobile equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency. A key focus will be leveraging a CMMS system to drive preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability.
What You'll Do :
- Lead, train & develop maintenance staff
- Manage PM schedules with CMMS
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical & mechanical systems
- Control budgets, inventory & contractors
- Partner with operations to minimize downtime

Cleveland, Ohio | $90k-$110k Depending on Experience | Full Benefits and Company Bonus
