Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Retail Site Patrol in Carmel, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment within a dynamic retail and mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to support a sense of security, and assisting visitors and tenants with their questions and concerns. Exceptional customer service and communication are at the core of this position, as you interact with the public and contribute to a positive experience for everyone on site. This is a driving post, and you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas by vehicle as required. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
