Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Research, order, and maintain necessary supplies to support assigned work and projects.
• Uses basic mechanics' tools; wrenches, ratchets, sockets, hack saw, tape measure, and screwdriver.
• Performs basic operations of major pieces of plant equipment
• Uses basic mechanical skills to identify and correct minor mechanical issues with equipment
• Performs stick welding and uses cutting torch
• Understands and interprets basic drawings or sketches
• Uses basic electrical troubleshooting skills to identify and correct minor electrical issues with equipment
• Uses voltmeter to perform basic electrical troubleshooting
• Understands the basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Understands basic lubrication principles
• Understands and operates electric and LPG / Gas forklifts
• Correctly completes work order forms
• Correctly completes inventory forms
• Follow 5S and safety policies and procedures
• Other duties, as assigned
