• Effective 6 / 24 / 2024, any candidates presented to Brattleboro Retreat that live within 35 miles of the facility will be subject to a 10% rate decrease. Please include the candidates address or driver's license in the submission packet.Responsible for personnel, management and coordination of nursing service activities for a defined area in accordance with established philosophy, objectives and policies of the facility to ensure safe, efficient and therapeutic patient care. Works effectively with other department. In the absence of the Service Administrator, may assume increased administrative duties. Submission requirements : 5+ years of recent continuousBehavioral HealthNurse Manager experience -REQUIREDCharge / Supervisor / Preceptor experience will not be considered, must haveClinical Nurse Manager or higher- REQUIREDExperience must be in aPsychiatric setting. Corrections, LTC, or nursing home experience will not be considered-REQUIREDMust be willing to float to other units and have a well rounded skill set of all age groups-REQUIREDPROFILE REQUIREMENTSResume with psych experience and age groupslisted Ex.
