About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Franchising to lead the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new franchisees. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and executing a comprehensive franchise development strategy to drive growth, as well as leading the end-to-end franchise recruitment process. This includes marketing, lead generation, qualification, discovery, and deal closure. The VP will also be responsible for representing the brand at various industry events, developing recruitment processes, and creating a stream of new qualified franchise candidates. Additionally, the role involves managing the franchising process from application to closing and implementing franchise support systems, manuals, and training programs.
Applicants for the VP of Franchising position at the company should have a proven track record in franchise sales and be adept at converting qualified leads into successful franchisees. The role requires the development of strategic marketing and PR programs to attract candidates, as well as the initiation of a franchisee onboarding program to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for new franchisees.
